DON'T DON'T EVER buy Pet Insurance from Banfield. We lost our ancient Pekingese last May and had to continue paying for the insurance until it ran out it January! They could have cared less about our loss, just collecting the money!!! The Hospitals and Vets are GREAT! Insurance....not so much!
