Very disappointed

We chose to list our house with Estelle Phillips from this firm because of her reputation and experience. Unfortunately, we were terribly disappointed. I would expect communication and customer service from someone like this, and both were seriously lacking. Neither our agent nor her firm showed our house one time in the six months it was on the market. Our flyer box would go empty for days and sometimes a week at a time. We didn't even hear from anyone at her office for the entire last month of our listing contract. We have learned our lesson, and I just hope this saves someone else from wasting six months of selling time!
