Who it may concern, I have had a wonderful experience with this shop. They got the roses I asked for quickly and they we prettier than I ever could have hoped. I highly recomend them.
Disappointing Encounter

I went to Glenn's to order some flowers for my wedding. Since they have been in Huntsville for so long, I expected them to have great customer service. The lady I spoke to was abrupt and rude; she seemed as though she was not interested in even hearing what I wanted to order. Ultimately, someone in the store recommended another florist nearby, and I am glad she did, because my flowers turned out to be even prettier than I expected!

Glenn's always has great service and friendly people that help me with exactly what I need in special occasions. Whether it is Valentine's Day, Wedding's or Birthday's they always come through with what I need.
