They are RUDE!!!! They dont want to help you with Anything... They just want your money.. I will NEVER go back there again. I usually take my dog there for her yearly checkups well first off They pretty much ignore you when you walk in the door.The lady who works the front she is always on the phone and I know she isnt talking Bussiness when I hear her talking about football and here I am waiting to be helped... She just ingores you. And I have a cat that just wondered up and I was trying to get some worm med. I dont have the money to take him to the vet or can I catch him, I just cant let it starve so I feed him. Well They wont give you any meds unless you bring the animal in. Which Other vets would just give you if you gave them the info. they needed.. (I know because I called another vet)...

I recently took my shih tzu in to be groomed. Upon arrival the I instructed the groomer (who had a very horrible attitude) to not cut my dog's hair to short. She says well she's pretty matted up. Anyway, upon arriving back to pick my dog up, she had been severly cut on her front left leg, and required 7 staples to close up the big gash. You could actually see her bone. Their explanation was she was too shaky and wouldnt stop moving. So why would you commence to cut over 90% of her hair? All of her hair was shaved except for her face. She looked like a lion. I will never go back to that horrible wretched animal hospital.
