Here are the facts. We scheduled a pick-up to the airport. We were told the fair would be $35-$40. They did not show up. We had to drive to the airport at the last minute (fortunately we did not miss our flight). A representative from Trans City Cab informed us we would be reimbursed for parking. When we returned from our trip - I was told to fax the receipt, and I tried 3x but their fax machine was not working. I was told to scan it and email it - but the email was rejected due to their inbox being 'over quota'. I mailed a copy and every week was told they would cut a check. After several phone calls - they cut a check. The parking was $150. I was told we would receive around $110. They sent $54, claiming we would have paid them $48 twice for a ride both to and from the airport. Note - we did not have a pick up from the airport scheduled, and the original quote for the pick-up was only supposed to be $35-40. Our friends were planning to pick us up from the airport. Instead of a $40 cab ride to the airport - we had to drive our own car, almost missed our flight, pay $150 (-$54) for parking, not to mention the aggravation of trying to get reimbursed for the parking.

Timely, Safe, Clean Cut, Affordable, and... Well let's be honest now shall we? This company was well thought out and is backed by people recognized by the Mayor's Office where they ere established. They are well respected and immediately picked me up as a regular. Online booking, clean drivers, intelligent, well spoken, articulate drivers, smart dispatcher, consistent, and so on. WOW! Great Service Trans City: This company sets the example for ALL taxi companies in Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, Athens, and anywhere in madison and limestone county. I am so glad we were referred to them by Phuket at The Village of Providence. They are professional, clean, their cars are modern and they have onstar. Those other guys can forget it with their rip off drivers posing as trans city cab. be sure you are riding with TRANS CITY, not the imposters such as Alabama ???? or Huntsville Taxi. Trans city is the way to go Village of Providence Resident
